PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay online with PayPal or by check.
If paying with PayPal:
- First, Click on the PayPal payment button at the top of this page
- Then, Click on the gold “miscellaneous fees” button and type in the amount due
If paying by check:
Please make payable to The Music Place
DEPOSIT
A $150.00 deposit is due when booking the party. (This is the full payment amount for Package A). For Packages B, C & D the remaining balance and any additional fees or extra options is due on the day of your party.
You may pay with either option as explained above in the “payment options” section. You may also pay for the entire party upfront if you prefer, rather than paying it in two payments.
ADDITIONAL FEES & OPTIONS
- $5 per child for additional participants beyond 12 (the birthday girl and 11 friends)
- $30 to reserve each additional 30 minute block of time (or $1 per minute if reserving less than 30 minutes)
- $10 per child for ballerina party favor boxes (each box has a feather ring, faux pearl necklace, body glitter, mini star wand, ballerina blowout and ballerina sticker sheet)
- $15 Invitations (16 with ballerina theme) 8 may be purchased for $8
- $15 Thank you notes (16 with ballerina theme) 8 may be purchased for $8
- $40 18″ Ballet slipper pull-string pinata
- $15 per additional birthday girl if more than one is celebrating at the same party
