BALLET BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

A fun party where your child and her birthday friends will dress up and dance as ballerinas! The children will dress up in costumes and tiaras and will learn age appropriate dances and steps. No dance experience is needed.

All Birthday Party packages are priced for parties with up to 12 children (the birthday girl plus 11 friends) and include:

  • 45 minute dance lesson
  • Costumes for each birthday friend to borrow (pink ballerina skirts for girls and scarves to use as capes or sashes for boys)
  • Tiaras for each friend to wear and take home
  • Ballet gift for the birthday girl
  • Two card tables will be provided for cake and refreshments (for packages B, C & D)
  • Set-up and Clean-up: Chairs will be set up along the edges of the dance studio for guests. For packages B C & D trash will be dumped and the floor will be swept and mopped, and for packages C & D decorations will be put up and taken down.
  • Load out time needs to be included in the time frame allotted for each package. Please see “Additional Fees” below if you wish to reserve extra time.
  • Consultation with the party coordinator.

PACKAGE A

Dance Lesson Only
Fee: $150.00
Time frame: 1 hour

This package is for those who want to have their party time of serving cake and opening gifts etc. in a separate location (such as a park, pizza parlor or backyard). Package A includes 15 minutes to help the dancers dress up in costumes and a 45 minute dance lesson.

PACKAGE B

Dance Lesson with Party Time
Fee: $250.00
Time frame: 2 1/2 hours

Package B includes 30 minutes for you to decorate and set up, 15 minutes for dancers to dress up in costumes, a 45 minute dance lesson and use of the studio for 1 additional hour for your party time of serving cake, opening gifts, playing games etc.

PACKAGE C

Dance Lesson with Party Time and Decorations
Fee: $375.00
Time frame: 2 1/2 hours

Package C includes 15 minutes for dancers to dress up in costumes, a 45 minute dance lesson, and 1 1/2 hours of party time for serving cake, opening gifts, playing games, etc.

With package C you arrive to a fully decorated room set up with: Balloons, crepe paper, “Happy Birthday Ballerina” banner, ballerina plates, napkins and centerpiece, forks and spoons, cups, an ice chest filled with ice and table cloths for cake table and for children to sit around as they eat refreshments.

PACKAGE D

Dance Lesson with Party Time, Decorations, Invitations, Thank You notes, and 30 additional minutes of party time
Fee: $425.00
Time frame: 3 hours        

Package D includes everything listed in package C plus 16 ballerina invitations, 16 ballerina thank you notes, and 30 minutes of extra time for your party.
