Payments Overview

OVERVIEW

Affordable Prices Help You Stay Within Your Budget

We know that there are many expenses a parent incurs while raising a family-- that's why our prices are reasonable. We offer tuition assistance, 60-minute lesson discounts, sibling and second class discounts on group classes, ministerial discounts, home school group class incentives and in some cases, scholarships.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, checks, online payments from your choice of checking or savings accounts, visa or mastercard.   In addition, our easy eCheck plan allows families to spread out the Tuition Reserve payment and avoid late fees by signing up for monthly payment deductions from their selected account.

Three Options for Making Payments:

1. ONE PAYMENT PLAN: 5% discount when one tuition payment is made for the entire term. Payment is due on or before January 10th.

2. MONTHLY PAYMENTS via automatic deduction: The preferred method when paying tuition on a monthly basis is to pay with Automatic Recurring Payments. (Download ARB Enrollment Form.)
Tuition is charged to your selected bank account during the first week of each month.

3. MONTHLY PAYMENTS with checks or online payments that are not automatic: Tuition is due by the 10th of each month and is considered late beginning on the 11th. Please make checks payable to The Music Place and leave in the black payment box in the studio, or pay monthly through this website (see instructions here soon).

Find your amount due by totalling the number of hours of dance that your family takes each week and then either:

  1. Make a payment by check, payable to The Music Place, and mail or leave it in the payment box by the counter
  2. OR click the “Make A Payment” button at the top of the page (on the left) to pay online.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We are happy to accept purchase orders as "promise to pay" from qualifying educational suppliers such as Ocean Grove and Connecting Waters charter schools. Many of our home-schooled families use this service to pay for extra curricular classes and activities.

SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE

Our desire is that every family whose students have strong desire and aptitude for dance be given the opportunity, regardless of the financial need. Because of this, we always invite families who are struggling financially, but truly desire dance for their kids, to contact us. We have a Parent Help Coordinator who will work with you to set up a plan of action. Whether it is a short-term partial or full scholarship or a Parent Work Exchange program, we are here to help!
